President Biden is not only putting migrants in cages, he’s now breaking his administration’s COVID-19 restrictions as well:
Bill Melugin ~ NEW: @FoxNews has obtained exclusive new images from Border Patrol’s processing facility in Donna, TX, showing overcrowding once again. BP source tells FOX 5,300 people there as of Thursday. 40-60 per pod, when COVID restrictions are approx 10 per pod.

And as the president attacks Gov. Ron DeSantis for pointing out this issue, the problem gets worse and worse:
Bill Melugin ~ There have been many questions about the quarantining of COVID positive migrants in local hotels in the RGV by the Catholic charity. Officials yesterday conceded they do not have authority to enforce the quarantine, they can only ask the migrants to be responsible & stay inside.

That’s why this charity is now using a tent:
Bill Melugin ~ That’s part of the reason why they say the emergency tent compound is a better option, and is making the best out of a bad situation. Here, they are grouped together, away from the public, where they can more easily be managed from a public health perspective.
But where are the Feds?
Bill Melugin ~ Regardless, all of this is supposed to be the job of the federal government. Not a Catholic Charity, not the city of McAllen. But that job has now fallen to them, and their frustration with the Feds is very, very obvious.
Local politicians, including Dems, are begging for help:
Julio Rosas ~ In a press conference at the non-federal holding site for COVID positive migrants in Mission, TX, the McAllen city manager said the situation in the RGV is a “crisis” because of the number of people crossing the border and asked the federal government for more help.
{Cont.} The Hidalgo County judge said that he’s “extremely disappointed” that not only have President Biden and Vice President Harris have ignored their invites to visit the area to see the border crisis, but also both of their offices have not responded to their calls for help.
{Cont.} Hidalgo County Judge Cortez, a Democrat, on the border crisis: "As you know I have invited the President to come here, to come and see what the federal government has done to us.
