Nemo will need more than a shovel I am afraid. If the weather pattern reverts back toward normal, that will be a lot of wet, white, cold stuff to deal with this winter... or before.. I am glad its raining there though. Everything needs to get good and wet.. The state of Californuttica needs the same thing as many people are losing everything to wild fires.
