Here is a sure fire method for ya.

First one to show up with the CASH to purchase the boat wins. No waiting for someone else to screw around. If they want it bad enough get there and buy it. Otherwise, shut the **** up.... That solves all problems..

You are happy cuz ya sold the boat and got the cash.... N worrying about people and their excuses... First there with the money gets it... That is how I seel my cars when I am done with them and get another. I list it, price it, tell callers whoever gets here first with the money gets the car.. Works every time....
