I hope so.

We actually had a good-sized wave. It was just that very few died from it or went to hospital due to the wide-scale vaccination programme, which is extremely thorough for people in vulnerable categories (and anti-vaxxers are far fewer).

I was surprised to read that your childrens' hospitals are filling up. I hope it's just people being cautious.

Our death rate from delta was less than a tenth that from the Kent version. Nssty but not scary as hell. And I hope this builds herd immunity in the UK: among anti-vaxxers as well as they seem to want to train their immune systems by interaction with fanged covid.

Yes, it's hitting our kids.

Dr. Fauci said it hits older people harder, but still get to the kids & now many are sicker.

I'm wondering why so many states are not reporting??
Granted these are from Sunday, but still.

We are wondering if this delta version will fall off like it did in the UK? I hope so.
