He may be a bully but he was charged with sexual harassment and that is the reason for his resignation.
If you don't like a person, don't vote for them. But if you are going to crucify a person for acting like an Italian, you are going to end up losing elections. Because in the end, people behave like people do. Variously. And folks won't vote for puritan behavioural enforcement because they don't like it.
I don't know what the trooper looked like. But as far as I know, Cuomo didn't even ask her out on a date. So I see no evidence of sexual intent, let alone sexual harassment. I do see a high likelihood of cultural misunderstanding. This isn't Trump grabbing someone by the pussy. He touched her back. This is Garrison Keillor if it isn't Al Franken.

Having said that, I wasn't there. So I haven't got a fixed opinion. No one wants serious, pattern harassers to avoid punishment.
