The Ukrainians stopped the russky advance in the Donbas. And between low oil prices and loss of access to certain Ukrainian industries . . Russia has been in a bit of a bind.
Taiwan? Been ready to repel chink borders.
Including missile systems which can reach
most of china.
North Korea? Half starved army and a populace ready to revolt if 'lil rocket man' ever sends his troops anywhere. And South Korea now has a much more effective military than the North.
