MY beef with Decomposed is that he stated that Dr Osterholm, with 45 years experience, was wrong about stating that not a single study supported cloth mask wearing as he "easily found" and posted one. The comment by Dr Osterholm was made June 1st 2020. Decomposed posted a study dated January 5th 2021 - seven months after the podcast statement by Dr Osterholm. That is what I consider "black and white" The Dr - at the time - was presumably correct based on his position in the medical community and access to information. We all make mistakes. The mistake to not correct oneself after being politely shown their mistake = HUBRIS imho.
You keep bringing up the concept of how do I know IF the Dr Osterholm is any better than Faucci - fair point!! I do NOT know yet all Dr's are not frauds like Fauci!!! My decision was based on a quick "duck duck go" search on Dr. Michael Osterholm. My search did not present any major red flags - even though he is a democrat. He is NOW (8/6/2021) pushing these vaccines and N-95 masking. Maybe 'they' got to him - I do not know what has caused his position to change. Science is never settled. I do my personal best to try to evaluate information I come across and sometimes share. Nemo is a prolific poster for sure and I have to agree that some sites he posts I also simply skip - no big deal.
Put me in the 'vaccine' conspiracy category as I will remain in the control group - not the controlled group of vaccinated people. I personally think there is something diabolical going on - on a Global scale. Maybe it is a Global depopulation and the "Great Reset" - I am sure Micro can add more about the Book of Revelations. I sure hope I am wrong. I DO have my ivermectin plus many other things to combat Covid in the event I am infected and I am not worried the least bit about that VS the adverse vaccine injuries. I am not overconfident yet just think of the "What, me worry?" from MAD Magazine. ONE thing Decomposed does have 100% right is where he is and what he is doing yet even that might not be enough. Time will tell.
Lastly thank you for the polite discussion. After all this is a message bored(sic) and I like to learn. There are many topics discussed here and I enjoy the banter yet I have to call a spade a spade when I see one - and I have and will.
