And, btw, I hope you understand that this is a critique of National News, not you.

For starters, it is a June story covering "A new report." Really? The report, published in Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, was written in December, 2020 and published in February, 2021. Does it qualify as "a new report" four months later? Not in my opinion.

Second, the article and headline say the Vaxx "causes long-term neurological conditions like Alzheimer’s and Lou Gehrig’s disease." Does the report reach that conclusion?

Hopping over to the Microbiology & Infectious Diseases publication, the report includes the phrase "is actually the result of an bioweapons attack."

I'm not going to attack the claim because it is only saying that this is one theory, but . . . "AN" BIOWEAPONS ATTACK? Does that sound like it's well written? Not in my opinion, nor in that of my 2nd grade English teacher. Would it have survived editing at your newspaper, Zimbler?

How about this clause:

"... a class of RNA binding proteins shown to participating in causing a number of neurological diseases..."?

The journal reports "Finally, others working in the field have published additional support that COVID-19 vaccines could potentially induce prion disease." Are these the Top Scientists/Doctors mentioned in the headline? If so, "others working in the field" is quite different from "top scientists/doctors." And "could potentially induce" is a far cry from "confirmed" when it comes to causing brain damage.

Elsewhwere, the journal says "D-19 spike protein which were not found in related coronaviruses. Others have reported a case of prion disease, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, initially occurring in a man with COVID-19."

One case. Reported by others. And there's no indication that causality was determined.

This 6-month old article has just 2-pages of text. I suggest you guys read it. It begins with "Vaccines have been found to cause a host of chronic, late developing adverse events." I think that speaks volumes about the real agenda, to bash vaccines.

Does the journal publication actually confirm anything? Well, here are a variety of sentence and clause excerpts:

"Analysis of the Pfizer vaccine against COVID-19 identified two potential risk factors for inducing prion disease is humans. "

"...contains sequences believed to induce TDP-43 and FUS..."

"...sequences are possibly present but sophisticated computer programs are needed to verify these."

"... has the potential to..."

All are vague, hedged in uncertainty. BTW, those phrases came from the "Results" section of the paper.

"The fact that this research, which could be used for bioweapons development, is funded by private organizations including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Ellison Medical Foundation [2] without national/international oversight is also a concern."

The above is pure politicking! It has no place in a scientific study!!!!

"The interaction is quite concerning given the belief that the virus causing COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, is a bioweapon..."

Wow. Just wow.

Does this sound like a competent, unbiased, scientific report that should be taken seriously? I'm not even going to continue critiquing it.

Finally, what about the journal that would publish this rubbish? Microbiology & Infectious Diseases. Is it reputable?

USA Today says “Microbiology & Infectious Diseases is an open-access journal published by SciVision Publishers, a potential predatory publisher intended for profit rather than academic peer-review.”

SciVisionPub.com, on the other hand, only has good things to say: "Microbiology & Infectious Diseases is the premier global open access, peer-reviewed journal with Impact Factor: 0.29 considers articles on all aspects of the prevention, diagnosis and management of infectious diseases and covers the topics dealing with the epidemiology, clinical diagnosis antibiotics, treatment, and control of infectious diseases with particular emphasis placed on those diseases that are most common in under-resourced countries."

I've heard of USAToday, but not SciVisionPub. So what is it? Well, "BEALL'S LIST OF POTENTIAL PREDATORY JOURNALS AND PUBLISHERS" has SciVision Publishers (SciVision Publishing Group) listed.

Enough. Remember that I was criticizing the article as soon as I saw Natural News published it. Now that I've investigated, the outcome is not surprising. I've looked into Natural News enough in the past to know that it is unprofessional, unworthy of serious consideration and definitely not worth anybody's time. It's a JUNK site.
