Thank GOD for our First seargents in Nam. Mine at least knew what the Bleep was going on and kept most of us from being killed.. LT was dumb as a box of rocks. I think it got worse from that point upward..
...the problem with the military is similar to the problem with big bidness. Once ya rise above a certain level people quit telling you the truth and start telling you what they think you want to hear. All officers not associated with the actual fighting fall into this category. If ya really want to know what's going on ya have to ask a noncom.
