...I can't think of any degree of force that could be used to MAKE people take the shot. Ya might bribe a few and ya might educate a few but the problem is that the government has blown their credibility with the never ending stories of one apocalyptic even after the other. Like the boy who cried wolf, and chicken little more than half the population does not believe them. I do not know of anything that would restore the faith of people in their LEADERSHIP.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
