Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

Impeachment: High Crimes and Misdemeanors in 1787

Zim : I found this to be an interesting article.

Which leads me into the question . . . Should there be a mechanism to keep a criminally minded political party from impeaching a President un-justifiably?

Why is it the democrat party was able to ignore the Constitutional protections afforded within the Bill of Rights to the President?

I am curious as to what others think on these matters.

Zim.
