...I wear one cause once a blue haired old lady beat me senseless with her umbrella. Her car had a hillary for pres sticker on the bumper and she was wearing a pussyhat.

As I entered the driveway of the first sale, a teen girl said, "We ask that you please wear a mask." I said "Sure," pulled it out of my pocket and put it on. I didn't say anything more. The girl was sitting with some adults who could easily be her grandparents so I don't blame her. She's doing what she thinks is best for them.

The girl then got into an animated discussion with another shopper from which I learned that she is a high school junior who "fell in love with math" in Junior High, and that she couldn't utter a sentence that didn't contain the word "literally" if her life depended on it. In three sentences, I think she used it four times.

At the other sale, I saw the primary seller wearing a mask and began putting one on. "Oh, you don't have to do that," she said. "I only wear this in order to make others comfortable."

That's the thing about mask doubters. Like me, they usually aren't dicks.

My response to her was, "That's great! I don't believe in them anyway. In hospitals, when a patient has a contagious VIRAL respiratory infection, they put him in an airborne infections isolation room, under low pressure, so that none of his air can get out. Masks don't work. Mask weave is about a million times larger than a virus and viruses can float right through it.

Masks are to contain BACTERIAL infections."

She and the women behind her actually cheered. That was fun.
