...my puter also a windows 10 will not let me shut off updating. I can postpone it, but microsoft, like nancy pelosi, knows what is best for me and is only updating my machine against my will for my own good.
...btw: the new photo program on win ten is a piece of shit when compared to win 7 job. Microsoft deleted the program I liked and installed the one it likes. I had the old program on hard drive, so I reinstalled it. They somehow went into my files and deleted the install program for my preferred program and reinstalled their preferred model.
...another thing, they are gonna do everything they can to make you upload stuff to The Cloud. If you ain't careful they will do it without your permission..
