LOL...... Mrs. De gets crabby after driving for awhile?

Hmmmmmmmmm. Does she know that ???? You enjoy some "excitement" in your close quarters confined space don't you? LOL!!!!!

Too funny. At least your mrs. will drive. Mine will not.
And she is tyrning into her mother: when she was in her 80's. HATES interstates and other cars on them. They go TOO FAST. They are scary. Everyone is going to suddenly change lanes, cut us off, slam on brakes, and anything else that crosses her mind..

It is a GREAT thing I go on my trips by myself.

I really wonder if she will ever go see my daughter again in Virginia Beach with me driving on the interstate over to I-64 in Huntington West Virginia and follow it the rest of the way?

Not likely.. And I do not particularly like to fly there due to the layovers. I will, but I don;t like the lines for nonsecure TSA employees trying to see if I am safe to let on a jet..

It's a weird world we live in....

Re: “but wondered due to the large mileage you guys are driving and those are quite some huge legs in your routes, are you splitting or taking turns behind the wheel?”
We take turns. I'm not one of those chauvinist liberals who thinks women shouldn't drive. In fact, I'd let Mrs. De do ALL of it if she didn't get crabby once in a while and insist that I take over.
