Quite a few people replied to constitutional scholar Jen Psaki’s defense of President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates by reminding us that “federal law overrides state law” by asking, “What law?”

Well, as per usual, Circle Back Psaki is talking out of her ass, again. THERE IS NO LAW. Biden threatened an Executive Order ... which, by the way, isn't a "law" ... but, it hasn't even been issued, yet. And, the dirty lil' secret as to why nothing has been issued yet is ... the Biden administration is worried to death that their edict will be shot down in flames as unconstitutional. And, Psaki really should do something about her ignorance of civics and read the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It is the federal government that is to be highly limited - not so the states.

There was a press release from the White House announcing their INTENTION to create a "mandate".
To this date, it hasn't been created.
They still don't even know if it's Constitutional.
