The folks who support biden and the like don't know this or anything else much. They think this is a brilliant idea and that no one else in the entire universe coulda thought of it.

Joe should suggest that all cars have bigger wheels on the back that on the front and that way they would be going downhill all the time and would never have to use any fuel of any kind. Just coast wherever ya want to go.
