If this law were to be allowed, then you'd see laws against guns in other states, and zillions of lawsuits. You could have lawsuits against AR15s, against gun stores selling any gun, etc. You would have chaos. Anyone could claim threatened by guns and could sue, and no court would be able to check the constitutionality of any of them.

You just can't have laws usurping Constitutional rights, and not allow for judicial review of them as this fing law does. That's the bottom line. They want their cake and eat it too. Cretins.
