Here’s a curveball — normally we’d be expecting NBC News (and all the other mainstream outlets) doing stories on the problematic name of the Atlanta Braves and fans’ use of the “tomahawk chop.” Instead, NBCBLK is serving up a story on how the World Series is highlighting “the glaring lack” of black players on both teams, as well as Major League Baseball in general.
