The networks have their reporters stationed at polling places across Virginia, and they need to fill up time somehow, so why not make stuff up? CNN’s reporter in Ashburn noted that voters cited education and cultural issues as their concerns, and added that candidate Glenn Youngkin had “seized” on those issues, even though critical race theory isn’t “officially” in the curriculum in Virginia.
Townhall.com ~ CNN Reporter in Loudoun County: "Glenn Youngkin has seized on those issues as well as the idea about teaching Critical Race Theory, which is not even in the curriculum officially in Virginia."

We just had a post the other day in which Christopher Rufo rooted out all of the references to critical race theory in Virginia schools:
Christopher F. Rufo ~ At the district level, Loudoun County Schools has hired a consulting firm to implement "critical race theory" and developed a high school class explicitly teaching "critical race theory." Even the district superintendent admitted the curricula "align with the ideology of CRT."
But critical race theory is only taught in law schools!
John Misanthrope ~ "officially"
AdamInHTownTX (Let's Go Brandon!) ~ "officially"
Nice technicality there.
Prairiegirl ~ Please note the word "officially." CRT IS taught in VA schools ... just not publicly or with the consent of parents!
Major Tom ~ CNN hires the worst people in the world.
Leesa ~ They just lie with impunity.
Tom Warnick ~ Push that false narrative CNN. Absolutely peddling the left agenda.
Just maybe people are voting for Youngkin to ensure it’s not officially part of the curriculum.
