The only place the CRT is being 'taught' in the state of Virginia are at its law schools. I have not heard of a single public school, primary or secondary, anywhere in the US that is teaching CRT. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find any colleges or universities that has it listed as part of its undergraduate course of study. CRT is a non-issue, or at least it should be if people actually understood what it was and where it's being introduced to students, in this case, to people who are in law school studying at a post-graduate level. In other words, ADULTS who are there voluntarily.
