Seems like in most states there is election law regarding the counting of ballots. They must be turned in by a certain time from each precinct to the county board of elections to be counted. They must all be accounted for, and paperwork signed off on by the precinct presiding judge, and the ballots put in a propler container that is locked and sealed.
They must be turned in by a certain time.. ya cannot wait until days later and discover a bunch of ballots suddenly and include those in the legal vote of voting night.. At least that is how it is in Ohio...
I suspect most states are similar.
So how is it that days after an election and the votes turned in and counted that all of a sudden we have a bunch more ballots "discovered" ? TOO BAD. They were notturned in on time with all the rest and they should not be counted. Does not matter who is voted for on them.
Why is this part of election rules being ignored or pretended like it does no exist?
