Former DOJ Lawyer Jeffrey Clark showed-up for his deposition today, as stipulated in the subpoena issued by the House Committee investigating the January 6th attack on the Capital, however, he refused to answer questions saying that he was prevented to do so based on Trump's assertion of executive privilege. When he was told that Donald Trump has NO authority to invoke executive privilege, Clark said that it didn't matter, he wasn't going to answer any questions anyway. This of course could set him up for being charged with contempt of Congress and refusing to comply with a lawfully issued subpoena.
