for some. I would not judge the entire population of them together as many are God fearing people and I would be perfectly at home with having them as my neighbors.
Its the inner city no daddy born and raised batch that generally are the troubled people.. And then the officials come out with rules, laws like this,( basicaly this is a way giving out reparations, without callling it that,) and the people who elected these turds wonder why its their stores that are getting pillaged....
There are some true geniuses out there... They should stay there. We do not want them.
