...one of the local talking heads was saying that the dems were tossing around the idea of appointing her to the supreme court and then letting bidens handlers select the replacement before biden leaves. I dunno if she could get confirmed and I don't know if she would accept it but the thought of her on the supreme court is scary and nauseating at the same time.

so how does one legally get rid of a sitting VP ?

Impeachment would be obnly way I know but I thought the succession of powers are spelled out. House Speaker succeeds the VP. After that I believe it is the head of the Senate..

I do not disbelieve that Brandon and mrs. brandon wantto get rid of Harris but I don;t really know that they can Constitutionally.
