I hope not. They haven't played anybody who was a good football team except the team from Cincinnati who beat them pretty good at their own field, and according to all the talking heads, do not belong in the playoffs.
Why doesn't the Irish schedule games against top programs to play in regular season games. They thought they could beat the Bearcats whicj is only reason they scheduled them..
But on to more important things:
The DAWGS just keep on rolling.. Steady, consistent no matter who they are playing.. They look like the best team in college football by far..
Alabama. WHY if they are so dominant and good involved in a multiple period overtime against Auburn? This is not a dominant TIDE team as in prior years.. Still a good team, just not explosive.
IF the BEARCATS BEAT HOUSTON for the conference title in that game, they should be a shoe in for the playoffs without question.
And finally, my wish would be for Ohio State to play Michigan again on a dry day and not in snow, at a neutral field.. I suspect the outcome would be different.
2 touchdowns margin does not a blowout make ut Ohio State Playcalling selection was horrible and they did not utilize their all world receiving corps.
Congrats to the team from up north for winning.
On to the NFL today. Hoping BENGALS kick the Steelers all the way back to Pittsburgh.
