BREAKING: Prosecutors ask U.S. Supreme Court to review decision to overturn Bill Cosby's sexual assault conviction
A Pennsylvania district attorney asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to review a lower court's decision to overturn Bill Cosby's sexual assault conviction. The state Supreme Court threw out the conviction earlier this year, citing the D.A.'s public statement before the trial that he would not file criminal charges against the comedian.
