well ,
I think they ran into more than a wood chipper. They got a thorough butt whuppin of a prolific magnitude by an under estimated and under rated Alabama team.. OUCH !
While I am not a fan of Bama because with the talent they get to play with every year they should win hands down.
It playing against a stacked deck. I know the game is won on the field but it is planned off the field and starts with the abilities of those playing the game... If ya do not start with great athletes you have a much higher caliber and level of play that is possible..
Georgia is still a very excellent team for the same reason stated sbove. I think they got surprised by Alabama much like Ohiop State got surprised by Michigan..
What does this game mean? It means that BAMA and Georgia and Michigan and Cincinnati will be in the playoffs.
No. 1 ranked team will play number 4 and 2 vs. 3 is how they do it. The 2-3 matchup should be best game... 1 vs. 4 should favor 1 a lot.. The only question is who will be ranked 1.. I suspect it will be Alabama. Georgia will be 2. Michigan 3 and Cincinnati 4.
The Bearcats put it in high gear to start the second half last night and by the time quarter 3 was over this game was done... Houston is a tough team but they are not Georgia, Alabama, or Michigan.. Let's be realistic.
So. this will be a good test to see just how well the Bearcats really stack up against very formidable competition with higher rated athletes and playing in super conferences.. Hoping its not a bloodbath..
