Prices have NOT dropped here in SoCal. I paid, at Costco, $4.139 for regular on November 13th. This past Saturday I paid, at the same Costco, $4.159 (I just checked the Costco app on my iPhone, and the price for regular is still $4.159). However, it appears that the price of premium has come down. On November 22nd I paid $4.499 when I filled-up my wife's Mercedes. Today, on the app, it says that premium is now $4.359.
