...the right of the people to keep and bear arms is in the constitution. Abortion is not.

He can try. Someone will challenge it in court where it will ultimately be adjudged unconstitional.

There's no getting around the Constitution. It's the law of the land. If liberals don't like the Constitution, they can seek to amend it. But that's not going to work either since Americans overwhelmingly support the 2nd Amendment. Governors cannot just pretend that it's not there or that it doesn't matter in their state.
