No doubt he is a leader..

Depends on one's defintion of great and what exactly GREAT is referring to. I liked Reagan's greatness and leadership far better. He was measured and not hair triggered with a temper..

You do not seem to realize I am not debating Trump's BUSINESS qualitues or attributes. I too owned businesses. Three of them. Not nearly up to Trump's standards but we got by...

Loud and reactionary is not an attribute I admire nor endorse. I sat on three BOD's btw. NONE of the execs were loud, reactionary, etc. So your world and mine must have been at polar opposites of the spectrum..

A person in charge does not need to raise their voice. The outcome of his/her decisions will still be the same..
More people respect someone who gets their point across than is yelling at them and acting like an elementary school bully.

Just my insights and takeaways of a career in manufacturing and business. Yours may differ. And its okay..

THIS is exactly why I prefer a little more less reactionary President. At least outwardly. Ya can stew all ya want without an audience in private but outwardly do not let anyone know they got to ya..

Just my take..

I would take reagan's or Eisenhower's demeanor every day of the week over DJT. Does not mean Trump doesn;t have the right ideas about resurrecting the economy or anything else. LESS Boistrous would be preferred... by me and many others.

Re: “Great leaders are ones who are slow to anger, who remain calm when all hell is breaking loose around them because you can think better when you are not irate. ”
Leadership is a complicated thing. By all accounts, Hitler was a great leader. But I think you'll agree, the man had a temper.

Rather than agreeing with you that good leaders don't have a temper, I would say that good leaders know how to funnel their attributes, whatever they may be, into a desired result. Some people respond to the carrot; some people respond to the stick.

Donald Trump, who has created more than 600 companies and had his name on hundreds more, with just SIX bankruptcies to his name, and is the duly elected President of the United States, is one of the world's greatest leaders.
