He was unarmed not threatening anyone. And he is presumed innocent as we don’t know what exactly happened in that house. You only have the accusation.

...a warrant is a warrant. It doesn't matter if it's for murder or jaywalking. If ya stop somebody and there is a warrant on them it is because a judge somewhere issued the warrant.
