...arrested multiple times for gun violations. Judge thought there was Probable Cause for an arrest so the warrant was issued. Cop on the street does not have the authority to overturn a judicial decision. The purpose for the hearing was to determine what happened in the house. She may go to jail, she may not. Regardless, the cops did what they were paid to do.

He was unarmed not threatening anyone. And he is presumed innocent as we don’t know what exactly happened in that house. You only have the accusation.

She’s going to jail.
