In my opinion, the moon's orbital changes are so
infinitesimal that they will not have a noticeable
effect on 'climate'.
Try correlating solar activity with climate changes
and I think you'll see a much greater correlation.

Could well explain why there seem to be more atmospheric disturbances than in previous decades and I would expect more shifting of jet stream patterns than had been in the past as well. Those gravitational forces which we cannot see but we do experience have impacts on the atmospheres and dare I say oceans as well?
