No, clo. You're wrong again. They have a "trial outcome." That's not the same as a verdict. It could mean that the jury is hung. But it might be a verdict.

BTW, I disagree with ribit on this. I hope they find her guilty. A police officer who allows herself to be incompetent with her own gun should be treated as grossly negligent. I hold police to far higher standards than I do ordinary people. If a non-officer did this, I'd call it an accident. If a cop does it, I call it criminal.

Whoops. The jury is now coming in. I bet it will find a verdict of not guilty. I hope not though.
