If it's any consolation, I thought you were going to say that you'd punched a hole into your water main. (I was reasonably certain that you hadn't hit the power line.)

Let it be a lesson to you: The doggie outhouse is a low priority item until AFTER your surgery.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

Sometimes I believe I Have the IQ of less than a brick. That is still above everyone on the FART board but low enough it gets me introuble after the fact.

I called my daughter two days ago and asked if my futzball linebacker grandson could come over and spend 5 minutes digging me a new hole out in the yard behind the storage shed. The previous one is now full of a mix of Charlie's turds we get up from the yard and deposit in a hole with a little dirt. When it is filled or nearly filled another hole is dug and we start the cycle over.

The hole is approximate 2 feet in diameter and 2 feet deep. That holds a lot of dog poop.
We simply keep the backyard free of Charlie's waste so we don;t step in it or ride over it with a lawn mower or tractor wheel. Been doing this for years and years.

Well, my grandson still had not come over and the hole needed dug, so I dug it myself a few hours ago...

Well, I wish I had not done that. The only saving grace is that I do have percocet to take in addition to the voltaren. And I have had large COLD PACK on that hip for the past hour, changed at 30 minutes.

It feels a tad better now. My wife is pretty upset with me for doing it but, we needed the hole dug and the ground was soft. It could wait no longer. The pain will eventually subside but I have learned a hard lesson the hard way.. I ain't a spring chicken any more but still a Jarhead in more ways than one...
Ouch!!! I was gonna ask Ribs to drive up I-75 and come dig it for me but it is an hour drive from Atlanta up I-75 and I did not know if his truck would make it.. Plus I do not have any grits for him to eat for breakfast either... Naughty Wink Cheesy Grin Laughing
