First off NONE of us are perfect. You are commingling TWO DIFFERENT ITEMS with DIFFERENT WITS codes that I brought to the boards attention.
Second - just because something is posted on ANY message bored does NOT mean that it is to be believed - by the reader OR the poster. I brought it up for discussion not to insult each other's intelligence, or lack thereof. READ the DISCLAIMER Bob has posted for the entire AB platform!!
DECOMPOSED pointed out that the product code under the 902780 subcategory is NOT related to the disease called "Covid-19" and is produced by a company with a similar name. FAIR ENOUGH and I will even let go of the first sentence that he excluded and again agree this is not related to the Covid-19 test kits as purported. I have clearly stated this.
The TWO DIFFERENT codes, 902780 and 300215 are NOT related to or from the manufacturer - they are from the WITS database.
AS SOON AS Decomposed pointed out his research on the 902780 product I IMMEDIATELY went back and looked further and posted this link that referred to the 300215 category. http://www.stopworldcontrol.com/proof/ I suggest everyone READ that link - they claim they are 100% fact checked and have 21 links on the bottom for additional research.

I also posted this link, also from the "Stopworldcontrol" website that stated that the 300215 product was the product in question and has the HS Code 300215: COVID-19 Test kits before it was purportedly changed to "Medical Test Kit " Since I KNOW you both are familiar with database management the logical thought would be that someone at WITS had to change the database - otherwise who would hack into such and only change that description. In an effort to do more research I set up an account with WITS. I looked up the products in the 902780 category. I have already said that I AGREE that the 902780 category is not related to the SUBJECT MATTER ie "Were Covid-19 diagnostic kits (PCT Tests?) being distributed in 2017?" Great JOB DE on removing the 902780 category from this discussion.
This is a screenshot of the WITS system (with the LINK ON TOP for you ZIMBLER) and you can see the 300215 item's current description. I used the following parameters for my search: HS Nomenclature used HS 2017. YEAR: 2017. FLOW: Gross Exports. Tier: Sub-Heading (all 6 digit HS codes) Product: 3002. There are TEN sub-categories for the 3002 code. Discussions involve the addition of material. I immediately and clearly added to the discussion when De pointed out his research on the 902780 code.
With that being now clearly said does anyone now have any idea as to HOW the products under the WITS code of 300215 were being exported and imported back in 2017 or WHO/HOW might the code description been changed?? That was after all the discussion. A discussion - not belief - not facts - a discussion where we might all learn something?
