Mass transit will do that to such a city which has the most cases. A couple of million a day come through, I believe. That’s a lot of transmission.
Yet, Florida is just as bad where it’s summer, everyone outside, no mass transit, transmission at 14% currently. Higher than NY’s. A shithole state.
