I take more than that chart of those named things and many more. Add ZINC to that list, B12 and 6, Magnesium, Calcium, and a excellent multi vitamin in addition. The others were all supplements I take daily. and I still caught Type A influenza, but not as bad as my wife. She sounds like a hinking canadian goose with the cough and crap she is spitting and coughing out of her lungs.
I have the occasional cough more from tickle remaining and just tired. No energy. Weak. Need to get over this FAST so am healthy and strong for the hip replacememnt.
