I'm sure that you and the Mrs. are going to be fine. As long as you don't have any comorbidities like being out of shape, congested, feverish, achy, old... then you'll be fine.

Seriously, I'm reading today that Omicron is less severe than the flu and is about a hundredth as bad as Delta. And Delta is essentially gone, so if you've got Covid, it'll be Omicron. But get well. Get lots of bed rest. Drink liquids. Eat flies.

And hey, I have an idea. While you're still in the 'highly contagious' stage, blow your nose real good and put the tissue into a mayonnaise jar in your sock drawer. The next time you run into someone who claims the virus has never been isolated, hand them the tissue and tell them to breathe in real deep. That'll shut 'em up!
