...you make the same mistake as zzfart. You think the court is supposed to decide whether or not a plan is good or practical or will work. What is is spozed to be doing is deciding whether or not the plan is legal. I am vaxed because I think it was a good idea. I do not support the government forcing you or anyone else to take the vax against their will. If ya thought about it a little while, you wouldn't either.

Two of the lawyers who were scheduled to argue before the Supreme Court that the President had no right to impose a vaccine/testing mandate on American companies so as to protect workers from those who might have the virus, have failed their COVID tests and were not allowed to be present during the oral argument phase of the court's procedure and instead had to make their case via Zoom.
