...I have done a study in Toadsuck as to who is wearing masks and who is not. I wear a mask when I go into a liquor store or an adult book store. It's for my health but the covid has nothing to do with it.

...the rest of the folks wearing em are little old ladies with blue hair who are also carrying umbrellas even thought there isn't a cloud in the sky, or old guys who look like they are retired from a government job. Perhaps one of them no show jobs like MIchelle had.

...there are two types of masks out there. One of em is no more effective at straining out viruses than a flower sifter would be. The other will prevent some viruses and all air from getting to ya. Neither is helpful.

...then there is the guy who works behind the counter at the adult book store. He wears a mask.

...he also wears a cape and carries a cat of nine tails whip.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky used a “widely criticized” study to push masks on kids in school during today’s Senate hearing:

RNC Research ~ Biden’s CDC Director cites a widely criticized study on forcing masks on toddlers to justify school mask mandates.

Even the Atlantic called the study “profoundly misleading.”
http://twitter.com/i/status/1480939973398437888

She’s talking about this study that The Atlantic absolutely blistered back in December:

RNC Research ~ "With Biden in the White House, the CDC has promised to 'follow the science' in its COVID policies. Yet the circumstances around the Arizona study seem to show the opposite."
http://amp.theatlantic.com/amp/article/621035/

Read it for yourself:

The CDC’s Flawed Case for Wearing Masks in School
The agency’s director has said, repeatedly, that schools without mask mandates have triple the risk of COVID outbreaks. That claim is based on very shaky science.

David Zweig, the author of The Atlantic piece, quoted health experts who said the study Walensky referenced again today was “so unreliable that it probably should not have been entered into the public discourse”:

David Zweig ~ EXPERTS: the CDC study on masks was “so unreliable that it probably should not have been entered into the public discourse”

A multi-month investigation into a flawed study, and a public health agency's lack of transparency

My latest, for @TheAtlantic ...
http://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2021/12/mask-guidelines-cdc-walensky/621035/

Shouldn’t the totally independent fact-checkers jump all over this?

"Totally independent fact-checkers" ... heh heh heh heh heh ... that's hilarious!

Rory Cooper ~ Rochelle Walensky and the CDC using bad data to justify draconian measures on kids in order to pacify union allies is so common now, it's barely news.

And why is it *still* being pushed by the director?

Lucy McBride, MD ~ “How did research with so many obvious flaws make its way through all the layers of internal technical review? And why was it promoted so aggressively by the agency’s director?”

Thank you ⁦@davidzweig⁩ for your relentless pursuit of the truth.

Meanwhile, over in the UK, they’re admitting that there’s no statistical benefit to mask usage in school:

Tom Elliott ~ BBC: Government study finds schools mandating masks had no statistical benefit; "94% of school leaders and teachers saying [masks] made communication between teachers and pupils more difficult. Some 80% of pupils also said it made communication harder.”
http://www.bbc.com/news/health-59895934

And now Walensky wants MORE masking?

Karol Markowicz ~ No statistical difference in Covid cases between schools that mask and schools that did not mask. People who forced the masking in America, for kids as young as 2, have to be held accountable now.
