It seems that these people, who had entered the Capital that day, had lost various items like cellphones, purses, cameras, coats, etc, and many of them called the Capital offices the next day inquiring about whether their property had been found, and if so, could they come and retrieve it? For those individuals who left their names and details as to how to contact them, that information was immediately turned over to authorities.
