No place like south Florida in winter. No ifs ands or buts. Hands down. They had flurries all the way down to Pensacola. We had 70s.

Fuggetaboutit

The crazies are far and fewer in between in the south with its large mixed population. The middle and north is where they fester. The south has the bad driver syndrome. It is a demolition derby on I 95 day in day out. Thirty percent of all accidents on all of I 95 happen south of Palm Beach. I have seen the most bizarre looking accidents in parts of roads and intersections with little traffic.

Clever! ;)

By the way, Saturday night the furnace went off, it was 4 degrees.
My son spent all day Sunday working in it, he got the furnace on, but the heat wasn't coming upstairs.

Yesterday morning it came back, because a pipe broke.
The good news... it was under the eave outside.
Jason (my son) turned off the water, went to the store got a piece of copper pipe & repaired it.

I was envious of your prior post of life in Florida.
Too many nuts down there for me, but maybe somewhere warmer. If only I didn't have to pack up over 50 years here.
