Show Me The Data ~ They have beds, they don’t have staffed beds. Capacity is based on staffing. They fired their unvaccinated nurses. Look at hospital admissions, they are not higher than last year, but they are less staffed. The ICU isn’t 80% full of patients being treated for Covid.
