San Jose Calif gonna pass a law taxing guns and requiring owners carry insurance. Won't stand the judicial test for the same reason a poll tax won't stand the test. You have a right to own a gun and to vote. Neither is taxable.
...also there is no such thing as a free speech tax or a freedom from unreasonable search and seizure tax. Libs have lost their fricken minds again.
