It started out normal this morning as it usually has since 3 weeks ago.
My misses who I could not live without was reviewing her things go accomplish today and had a few questions for my therapist. So she called and spent about 1t minutes on phone with her. Her questions were all answered kindly and with explanations that were more detailed than she were going yo be. So she learned some thingsas did I.
She put me thru my exercises faithfully and got me dressed for the day.
Late morning I was in my recliner watching some golf wben very suddenly I felt like every ounce of energy had just been drained from me.
I am glad I was already resting in my recliner.
I awoke a couple hours later after she refurned from some errands she had to take care of.
I dont remember anything other than just feeling like I was passing out.
So it was an eventful day but somewhat troubling.
Never had that happen before and just glad I was sitting down when it happened. So weird.
Did I over do my activity? Do not know but will definitely be careful rest of night and tomorrow.
