...in the jan 6 thingy there was a few folks who got out of hand but for the most part it was a simple protest. It was less damaging than the blm /antifa riots that the justice department and the biden administration is largely ignoring. The govt is using the few out of control at the jan 6 thingy as an excuse to brand all people who think the election had a few unanswered questions worthy of investigation as insurrectionist / traitors / terrorists blah blah blah. The same tactics are being used to attack the parents in the recently started war against parents. Justin Trudeau in Canada is describing the truckers freedom protest as insurrection as well. The civil war has already begun and it is the government pursuing folks with whom it disagrees. It is a war against the people who made america great by the government while the academic world and the media cheer them on and will ultimately write the history.

I would submit that the current "ethnic cleansing" in the military and law enforcement agencies is part and parcel of the same package.

There are several things within this article that I
disagree with.

For one, counterinsurgency can and has worked very well.
(Take Iraq - the fact that it now has a national
government is, in large part, because of American
counterinsurgency efforts.)

'Reconstruction in the South did not work after the
American Civil War' ? The United States was 're-united'
after the Civil War. Something obviously worked.

And then the article of this article telling me I should
read the 'work' of a firm believer in the 'progressive
democrat party' tenets . . . I don't think so.
