No, he lives from bank loan to bank loan. If his accounting firm won't stand behind his 'books', banks can't legally lend him money and may even be forced to call the loans he already has. This means that he'll have to find other sources for his money, like foreign governments, drug cartels, organized criminals, narco-terrorists, etc.
