Hate to break it to ya, clo-baby, but the only politicians in the U.S. Congress whose constituent base is based on population are U.S. Representatives (i.e., "the House") - not U.S. Senators, who come 2-to-a-state and whose representative power, individually, is exactly equal to 1% (1/100) ... unless, of course, you're lil' Barry Soetoro and you stupidly believe there are 57 states.
