I wonder if we could put him in a passenger car that is locked but has lots of window space and let him watch one of his tanks come up the street and decide to drive right over top of the car he is inside so he can get a first hand feeling for how the civilian felt when that masshole Rooskie tank driver decided to murder a non combatant civilian.
